Some Gruber, Colabella, Liuzza, and Williams attorneys are approved by the NJ Supreme Court as Mediators or Certified by the AAML as an Arbitrator. In mediation the parties are guided in formulating their own agreement. Alternatively, an arbitrator can hear testimony in an informal and private setting and render an arbitration award that is final and binding.
