“Kids Helping Kids” through Divorce and Alienation. A project of Guias Marstellar, an 18 yr old Survivor of Alientation.
We are starting to have many kids that would like to express their feelings while going through the emotional turmoil of hostile divorces, so what better way to help the children then to have parents and children together, and speak about everything and anything!

He is also willing to talk to parents who have so many questions on the feelings they may want to know a child has when the Target Parent is trying to have parenting time, or simply communications with an Alienated child.

Ask questions of each other and learn about what your children are feeling while going through this. Sometimes kids listen to other adults better than their own parents, and parents listen better to other kids!

This is a part of a pilot program that The Lee PAS Foundation is sponsoring for a young man deturmined to help children and parents through PA.

“HI, my name is Guias Marstellar I’m 18 I too was involved with Parental Alienation. I went through watching my parents’ divorce and was not only hard for me but my siblings and parents as well. I went from loving both to hating one to loving both again. I’m not sure why I hated one for so long I think it was because I held a grudge against the one who I believed hurt me. Which was wrong, and I do regret it.

If any of you need my help or would like to talk email me directly through this site if you are a member, look at my blog & articles or email me through Guias.PAS.12@gmail.com. You can also find me on Facebook and myspace. Much love.-G”

Let’s make this a success for the kids, and for all the children who are hurting and need another child to talk with!!!

About Dad's Divorce

DadsDivorce.com was founded by Joseph E. Cordell for the purpose of informing fathers about their rights during divorce litigation, while providing them with concrete, practical resources to achieve the best results in the courtroom. Over the years, DadsDivorce has grown into a popular meeting place for fathers facing divorce and subsequent litigation. Every month, tens of thousands of visitors browse our site to research our expanding content and to get advice from those who have fought for their rights, as well as those in the midst of their cases.

Our People

DadsDivorce.com is made possible by the Domestic Litigation Firm of Cordell & Cordell. Our attorneys are located in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Indiana, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Pennsylvania and Colorado, and are all dedicated to helping divorced and divorcing fathers maximize their role in their children's lives.

Cordell and Cordell has built its remarkable reputation largely on a willingness to step on toes, to unapologetically challenge discrimination where encountered in the system, and to undertake bold and imaginative strategies to enhance its clients' chances of success. Men come to Cordell and Cordell because they want their interests and the interests of their children aggressively championed.

Our Goal

Every state has on its books laws which forbid discrimination based on gender. Additionally, the Federal constitution assures all citizens due process and equal protection of the law. But such abstractions are often ignored in the rough and tumble of family courtrooms across America.

We acknowledge the need for political activism and reform, and support the organizations behind these efforts. However, our focus is on helping fathers already involved in the trenches of family court. This site is a hardheaded and pragmatic information source and instruction manual for divorced and divorcing dads facing child custody litigation.

The information here provides useful guidance and insight into the divorce process, which will in turn enable you to better assist your attorney in building your case. Our goal is to teach you ways to ensure that the courts award you the most time and the most influence possible in the aftermath of your divorce.

Common sense divorce help for parents that GUARANTEES your children will be OK

Hello Divorced Parent,

Are you ready for some divorce help? If you are anything like the divorced moms and dads I know (over 13,000 parents have attended the Divorce Transitions classes that I teach in Colorado), your number one priority is your children. You want to make sure that your separation and divorce aren't going to permanently mess up their lives. Right?

You've heard the horror stories and don't want your child to have even one negative effect from your divorce. And yet, the reality is that when parents divorce, children are affected. They must live with your choices.

Now before you get too discouraged, take heart. Divorce help is on the way.

There are things that you can do each and every day to absolutely guarantee that your children will be OK. And I'm here to help you know exactly what they are. For example, you may want divorce help with co-parenting or how to talk with your children about your divorce. You'll find that help right here.

In fact, if you are looking for divorce help related to successfully parenting after divorce, you will find that the information and resources on this site are just what you are looking for. I will walk you through every step.

Please sign up for our monthly newsletter, The Changing Family Times. It's loaded with divorce help in the way of great information, ideas and support for changing families - things you can do day in and day out to make sure that you and your family are going to weather the storm of divorce in the best and healthiest ways possible.

You'll find tips to make moving between homes livable for you and your children. You'll learn how to become a 24/7 co-parent. You'll learn how to talk to your child about your divorce. And so much more. You'll need to sign up to find out just what a good resource this newsletter is.

Breaking Up is Hard to Do

I don't know you yet, (though I hope to change that soon!) but I think I can safely make a few statements that will ring true for you. I'm betting that this process of getting a divorce is physically and emotionally exhausting. Right now all of your reserves are low - emotional, financial, physical and spiritual. You probably feel run through the wringer, tapped out, depressed, worn out, discouraged and alone.

Even though you may feel like the only one going through this, you aren't alone.

This is how most people feel when they are getting divorced. Why? Because getting divorced is hard - really hard. Going through all of the steps required to become legally divorced is kind of like forcing yourself through an emotional meat grinder. You come out feeling like sausage.

Divorce is a Legal Remedy for an Emotional Experience

The divorce process is a machine that moves people along an imaginary conveyor belt and ultimately spits them out, divorce decrees in hand. Nowhere along that conveyor belt is there divorce help - a place where you can stop, slow things down and take time to deal with how you are feeling, or for that matter, how your children are feeling.

And here's the clincher: society expects you to walk out the courthouse door newly divorced and automatically know how to be a good divorced parent. You are expected to help your children move between homes, master the art of co-parenting, shield your children from all of the animosity you may be feeling, and communicate with the other parent better than when you were married. Frankly most divorced parents are too worn out from getting divorced to summon even a little energy to figure out the parenting part.

That's where I come in. I'm here to offer help, information, support and sometimes maybe even a gentle nudge to help you become the parent your children need you to be. Please come back often. Sign up for the newsletter and take advantage of all of the wonderful resources contained here. Together we'll get you where you want to be.

Wishing you great success,

Jean McBride

Description
Although divorce affects every woman differently, one common thread is that it is a challenging experience that can leave you mentally and emotionally exhausted.
Having gone through my divorce in 1998, I know what it feels like to be lost without a map. Suddenly, I was faced with handling legal details, dealing with kids that weren’t adjusting to the changes well, and having to decide if my job could provide for us.

On top of all that, my ex was fighting me every step of the way, and I was faced with mounting bills that kept arriving in the mail. Many times I felt like an emotional wreck and totally unprepared for what I was facing. Everyone had a different opinion on what I should do, but no one gave me a clear plan of action.

Luckily, I survived and learned a lot along the way. I would like to give other women the knowledge and information that I lacked to help ease the trauma of divorce.

Womans Divorce.com is dedicated to helping you find the answers, products, and services you need to navigate the divorce process. Our information is tailored to the unique needs of women, to help guide them from merely surviving, to leading independent and fulfilling lives.
